It is suggested to refer to the standards and indicators of refractory material emission in shandong and liaoning provinces, with the reference oxygen content of 18%.3. Considering the fact that the varieties of refractory vary greatly among different enterprises, it is suggested to formulate the nox emission standard and ultra-low emission standard according to the classification of furnace temperature. During the operation period, enterprises should accelerate the transformation of environmental protection and install online monitoring facilities at the same time.For enterprises that are stricter than national and provincial standards and meet the requirements of ultra-low emission standards, the government should provide policy support in various aspects.4. It is suggested to support enterprises in technological research and development and energy-saving transformation, and encourage the development of unshaped refractory materials.At present, about 42% of the unshaped refractories do not need to be fired at high temperature, and the energy used is less than 10kg standard coal/ton products. Even when the products need to be baked, the energy used is less than 35kg standard coal/ton products.In order to reduce the denitration pressure in the later stage, it is suggested to adopt the low nitrogen oxygen combustion technology step by step.
