Vermiculite introductions

Vermiculite is a natural, inorganic, non-toxic mineral which expands at high temperatures. It is a relatively rare mineral and belongs to the silicate group. Its crystal structure is monoclinic, and its appearance looks like mica. Vermiculite has great effect on soil nutrition because of its ion-exchange capacity.
